Yngwie looks by far the most natural with the guitar. In terms of arpeggios Yngwie hasn't developed to the level of the others, but his legato and alternate picking is no worse. In fact, there is no real difference between all of them, except for Batio's double guitars and Bucketheads tapping. All arguments for or against are provably flawed and incorrect. None of them though are great composers. Particularly Rusty and the later ones after Yngwie.

Slow the video down and then watch. You can hear him, very, very clearly, pick a single note, and then a shitload more ring out, because he is not picking everything, which is what the record is for-- plus, there isn't even a record for it.

His right and left hand aren't synchronized AT ALL which is CRUCIAL for shred. Plus, he claims to pick DDUU, and basically LIES about having the record. BTW, 32nds at 320 = 42.67 nps, but it's actually more like 19 - 20 in the video (and sloppy as fuck)

actually , being fast is not important, what matters is the way you play

dragonforce's songs are damn fast, but are crap (in my humble opinion, of course). Petrucci is nearly as fast but his solos are full of sense and melody. Same for Becker and Malmsteen
