I know most of you won't agree with me, but I believe that Lloyd Goodwin was talking about something completely different. His sermon was not on Hitler but on a man who escaped from one of the many camps. Also, through Gods help, Hitler was put down. Thank you for hearing my opinion. - Gospel Assembly Member

I know this video is old, I know many of those who commented will not read this, I grew up in a church that split with goodwin. And trust me these are the kinds of thing regularly preached. It isn't a editing trick its the truth. The very sad truth

If they keep it within themselves as a people; don't pollute or damage the planet, don't commit crimes, don't physically hurt people; it is their choice. If people chose to follow spiritual terrorists who teach things that are not supported by the bible, instead of creating their own relationship with God, this is a free country. Brother Goodwin died in 1996, Its clear to see that the makers of this video has been hating for 15 years. This is crazy lol , it was a very poor illustration and definitely could be hurtful to some people . But does not make that church a cult his point was that a man with a vision and with the loyalty of his followers could accomplish just about anything. just should have used a different illustration . The bible says touch not my annointed and do my prophets no harm. It is Gods job to judge this man not ours. Without a doubt God is definitely capable of handling the situation.

also I just wanted to point out that this was around 1974 (way before this video clip had been made). You may imagine how my blood ran cold when the picture of hitler appeared and I heard Lloyd Goodwin praising his power. Yes, praising his power the precursor of the antichrist. God save us from such a day of lawlessness.

I attended a fellowship meeting in Des Moines Gospel Assembly. I had to leave the same day I arrived because I decerned the spirit of hitler coming over the pulpit. Actually a lady sitting next to me was from Germany and had heard hitler speak and she said Bro. Goodwin had the same spirit. I think I took back 4 or 5 other saints of God to Lansing MI that afternoon. We wanted OUT of that church.

hey, this church it not a cult. Im in the body of people, only one man molested alot of children, and he was condemned. It was bad what he did, but were good people. We believe in only good. We dress the way we do because we dont believe in dressing like a sinnful person. That was pretty messed up. Although I would not say this group is a cult in the modern sense of the word, I would say that they are have very cultish ways. Any "ministry" that tells you what to think, preaches exclusivity, and tells you what you can and can't wear to be acceptable to God is quite cultish indeed. This group certainly fits the bill.

Pastor Goodwin was not expressing admiration for Hitler, you are blind. He only said that had God not intervened then Hitler would have succeeded because Hitler was a very powerful ruler, everyone knows that fact.

Snippets of messages do not prove that we are a cult. It proves that you had to use snippets to make it APPEAR as though we are a cult. I know first hand that it has been taken out of context.

@opethspd yes, he was a bad man in a few, quite a few ways. But he was the only one. no one knew what he was doing untill close to the end of his life. He was condemned. But we're good people. that will never happen again. in every church there will be problems, but were good people. They are using sound bytes which protected by the copyright law and the person who created this video did not have permission to use those sound bytes. They are only taking snipets of the message this preacher spoke and pieced them together to make him look bad

This is NOT a cult,you take everything out of the context it was given. The current Pastor and His wife are the finest people I have ever met. You'd better be careful, the Bible says Touch not my annointed. What you are trying to do is very dangerous before the Lord.
