I think it's not a lost Temple, we can see the statues, garden fields, and areas are clean and well maintained, because every single Temple in Bali has few villages responsible for their maintenance.
It must have been a very busy temple at one time. It looks very peaceful, powerful, and sacred surrounded by water, flowers, and all the green plants.
