So all the people who brought previously are "Sorry out of Luck" that does not say too much for Tacony. I unfortuantely have done way too much business with them but I won't do business with a company that doesn't take care of their customers, they wanted to PROFIT from the name Koala but not stand by what was suppose to be a lifetime warranty. Shame on them and you!
As I celebrate the 4th of July, I am thankful to be an American and am thankful for my job with Koala Studios. Koala Studios are made in America by craftsmen with the upmost concern for quality. I am thankful and proud to be an associate of Koala.
I bought one that supposedly had a lifetime warranty and of course when I call them to tell them I have an issue, Oh no its not their responsiblity they just bought the name and they don't have anything to do with what the other company did. If this company were worth their salt, they would honor the warranties of the name they wanted so badly. NEVER BUY ONE UNLESS YOU DON"T CARE IF IT BREAKS. I spent $3000.00 on mine!
In 2008, the Australian manufacturer of Koala Cabinets closed their factory, Replacement parts for these models are sadly no longer available. Tacony Corporation purchased the Koala brand and started a factory in the U.S.A.. The re-designed Koala Studios have a lifetime warranty that is available for your review at the Sewing and Craft Club site, and is their commitment to quality and responsibility. Owners of Australian-made Koala Cabinets are invited to contact our web site with questions.
