Nice that you are sharing your knowledge but like others have posted the Red side is incorrect both times..

After the overhand knot the end of the Red line should continue in it's original direction and lay flay along the Blue line.

I'm not sure it makes any difference in the strength of the finished Fishermans knot but it doesn't look right.

The red side is wrong BOTH TIMES! The rope should loop behind itself then put through the loop going towards your working end. Instead, it goes off to the side. Also, they are not simple overhand knots, they are hitches (they lock themselves). A overhand knot does not.
