SweetS are more of group of mature young girls who considerate on their dancing and voices rather than just looking adorable.

Don't get me wrong. I like C-ute too but they're just more of a group that puts more effort in appearances. They are two different groups that really can't be compared.

"Shochuu omimai moshiagemasu" (しょちゅう おみまい もしあげます) is a set phrase, in a very formal style (but surely they are joking). It means something like: "I hope you are fine, although it's so hot". It's a courtesy form that you can write in a postcard, in summertime, to someone you're not familiar with.
