I found an awesome energy shot in maryland called BULLY BLING, it has a pit bull head on the label. Not commercialized . Awesome energy and it actually tastes good. More natural and good for you. @dranim06 Italy isn't much in to energy drinks, the most common is Red Bull, and then after comes burn (It's a little more hard to find, but if you know the right places you can easily get it). If I want to get a Monster I have to drive 38km to find the nearest specialised shop :(, hope monster will become more become more commercial with the pass of time (it only came out in Italy in January 2010).

Capoeira is for self discipline, not a real fight it looks great. Doing a head stand in a fight would get your teeth kicked out. In martial arts power comes from your feet up to your center and out through your hands feet head elbow and knee. You can not summon that power from your head being on the ground, yes it looks great but it is not practical.

Capoeira isn't intended for competitive martial arts. Capoeiristas fight dirty when in a real fight and you wont see them flipping around like they do when we "play" in the roda.
