@Sharkwalker1 No it's not wrong. I'm a Jets fan but I sympathize. I have had similar feelings about other players I liked on teams I didn't. Just make sure to root for the Jets this year. :)
@jraym108 I'll root for 'm in the AFC for sure. I'm a diehard niners fan, so don't see my team actually butting heads w/ the jets in any important game in the next ten years. I like Sanchez too, as well as Cromartie and Holmes. I just have a hard time getting past the arrogance of the coach. He's a great coach, just some'n about him bothers me.
As a raider fan i was sure glad to see him leave SD. But his last year or two with the chargers he didn't lit up the raiders as he did when he was really in his prime.
LT is one of the greatest all time, giving hom #61 is a bit generous i believe. I believe at the end of his career when he finally gives it up. There will be no doubt in anyones mind that he will be one of the greatest rb of all time. Talked about in the same conversation as Barry, JIm, Walter, and Emmit
@cavaleer Faulk was on a great team with the rams, LT was given to the Chargers and had to carry a lot of the load. First running back with 100 receptions and 1,000 yds. rushing, most touchdowns in a single season he led the 2000's in rushing, both Faulk and LT were great but I'd def. give the nod to LT in my opinion. You could definitely put either one 61 and 62.
@ajlaxmn Great points. I'd still put Faulk above just because of his speed and elusiveness. LT wasn't near that but he was awfully productive. He reminds me in some ways of Priest Holmes but better. It's interesting that both of them had OC's from the Don Coryell School. I'd bet Cam Cameron built his playcalling around the Martz-Warner-Faulk model and plugged Rivers and LT into the role of Warner and Faulk. I'd put both of them ahead of friggin Tony Gonzalez. Jeez. lol
@cavaleer dude...Deion returned punts, kickoffs, and lined up at receiver. As an overall football player Deion > LT. Shutting down half of the field on defense, then they punt the ball away from him...u wrong for that one
@hocofbplayer15 Good points but I just have a hard time putting minimal contact players ahead of RBs and LBs. I understand Deion was a game changer, no question but I almost always give these RBs more credit than others. If Hester lined up at CB he'd be even more of a game changer than Deion, now does that mean I'd put Hester above say Faulk? No.
@cavaleer I guess I could see where your coming from. Deion would run out of bounds and wasn't too much of a contact player. Therefore he never had to play or deal with injury like emmitt smith or walter peyton or even brett favre. But Hester over Faulk...toughy. But even I'd have to go with Faulk. Hester didn't shut down half of the field like Deion. Plus Faulk was so damn elusive. Yea Hester is more of a special teams guy lol
Not hard to rush against the worst division in football.

@shazzar756 Yeah, they have amnesia. No way Tomlinson is higher than Faulk. He's similar to Faulk but really nowhere near.

@ajlaxmn And above Deion Sanders. No "cover" CB should be rated above all-world RBs who take the punishment and run through it and past it.
