i'll never understand how they mangae to streach out a race than can be done in under 3 min in the arcade game into 20mins+

because things you see in sequence (flashbacks, comentaries, ryosuke´s explanations) happen simultaneously with the race, so the race is 3 min o so long, but it takes 20 minutes to narrate everything that happened during it.
