"Missing In Action" is an excellent movie. "Missing In Action 2" is a good movie for 1980's action. "Missing In Action 3" is not really that great and seems like it was only made just to complete the series into a trilogy. The first movie seemed like it had completely wrapped up the story and the second one was just serving as a story showing what Jim Braddock did to make his escape. The third movie just gave him a son that he never knew he had until he had been informed that his wife was alive.
