picked up more today,single carded crimsion guard [have 7 of them now] and a cobra 5-pack consiting of cobra comander,storm shadow,zartan,the baroness and a viper with the actual mirrored face plate...have you seen any of the figures from retaliation,i have seen the cobra commander figure and IF this is the actuall figure thats going to be released and not a prototype it will be AWESOME.

im working on a new diorama.i need to get some crowd barriers and some 1/18 scale civilian figures.what it will be is cobras recruitment booth at the local "carrers day" expo.some vechiles,weapons on display with some troopers talking to potiential new recruits...of course its just for laughs

i must say i really enjoyed this review.i was not to sure about it at the start [the bright yellow does not really appeal to me] but the more i watched it the more i liked the vechille and i love the way it splits in to an attack vechille,gun emplacment turret and command station.i notice the 2 gas cannisters in the turret next to the huge gun.i reckon the turret would be the most targgeted part due to the gun,hit that with a missile and we go KABOOM.drivers helmet reminds me of the "rocketeer"

@damo9811 Thanks very much, damo! Yup, the maggot's one of my favorite cobra vehicles, it's a bit realistic if you don't take it apart. Lol, like all artillery tanks, they tend to have a huge weak spot for having an open cockpit, just like the WWII's tank destroyers and self-propelled gun tanks :D

Gotta say you got a helluva deal for this, buddy!:) Gonna be going through hell itself trying to complete my Maggot it looks like. :( Hey, i was watching WWE Raw the other night and i noticed that Kane's new outer mask looks just like the one that W.O.R.M.S. is wearing. How weird is that.

Yup, i saw Kane's new mask too and i'm glad that he's back with the mask and not the bald guy doing choke slams lol xD

@ejasonrichmond Oh yeah, things gotten really bad the moment it hit the 90s where the Battleforce, Star Brigade, Eco Warriors and Ninja Force started coming out, with horrendous neon bright colors, cheap gimmicks and unrealistic vehicles :(

@ejasonrichmond i agree,i picked up a copy of "the ultimate guide to gi joe,1982 to 1994,second edition" and indeed it was around this time that they started to move away from the military theme and into a space / sci-fi theme,still a nice vechille all the same

@GIjoeFan1976 Oh yeah, i really gotten this for $50 american dollars! Yes, i recently found out that there's this ebay seller that does the reproduction antennae for the W.O.R.M.S. and way cheaper compare to the actual antennae being sold for $50 per piece, yikes! Yup, i love having a few W.O.R.M.S. to manned the Maggot, it looks like a realistic tank :D

@ToyGuruMan Lol, i'm not even sure why Hasbro in the 80s would even consider naming these set as Maggot and Worms, imagine the parents surprised when they thought you wanna get some disgusting actual maggots and worms, but you're really referring to a g.i. joe toy xD
