I got my tonsils and adenoids taken out last month they were even bigger than hers. mine were almost touching, and my uvula was nearly connected with them. they were the biggest my surgeon saw. well life has been a lot better now when I can sleep peacefully ;)
I just got mine 2 days ago. I feel great already. A lot of ice cream will help. if you have pain swallowing place pressure in your ears with both hands before you swallow. That should do the trick. Cheers!

Mine were way bigger than that, I had my Tonsils and Adenoids out last Tuesday, Doctor who has been doing it for 20 Years said they were the biggest he had ever removed, They were bigger than golf balls. Besides the pain it is so much better can actually breathe now and i don't snore.
i had my tonsils removed wen i was 5 and i wasn't able to breathe with mine and i could eat an awful lot at a time because the gap between them was tiny...I always wondered how the operation was done, so its really good to see it now i'm a lot older
Does anyone know what sort of food is good to swallow when people have tosillites sorry if I spelt it wrong
