Also, youtube is a company not a charity so yes it will try to make money, but if it does 'go bad' then there will be plenty of competitors waiting in the wings.

No one forces you to use this service, no one forces me to, we both make the conscious choice to utilize the services of this PRIVATE company. What they choose to do is their call. Youtube and google video are resetting counters, and removing videos, on what they choose.
For example: see the video called North Tower Exploding. it had almost one million hits.. now it shows some tiny number. Same thing with Jim Hoffman's videos, reset counters. I guess anything they find offensive is getting edited, how disgusting of them. Hopefully others will come along and do it better and we can all stop using these censoring assholes.

Another reason why they suck is, that similar to ebay, many applications are now in flash and it slows everything down, specially during peak hours, sometimes I can't even navigate back and forward.When the new "beta ebay" was forced on us, everyone hated it instantly.

I got my old account suspended (ZleepySweden). I've tried to contact YouTube(google) over and over. I have never gotten an explanation to why. So I don't know what I've done wrong. So from now on I make sure I don't connect anything to google (facebook, youtube etc etc).

The accountability to private companies come from the market. If Youtube and Google don't give their customers what they want, the customers move to somewhere else. Same as everywhere else.If you don't like Fox News, you move to CNN.
What is the alternative? Legislation that forces private companies to publish stuff that they don't want to? This is a much bigger violation of free speech than private companies limiting their users' use of service that they offer free of charge.

One thing which I remembered and find it rather peculiar is that whenever I upload any new videos, my first or second (on some occasions) videos just vanish into thin air for a short period of time and then comes back again after it has passed.
Which is why I had reasonable doubts about the validity of the BETA channels.

You have no such thing as free speech on YouTube. YouTube is a business, and they care about one thing, making money. Anything you submit to them is their data, it belongs to them and you agree to it the terms of use. Government laws of freedom of the press or freedom of speech do not apply here because you're using YouTube's service. They make the rules. The illusion that YouTube has a monopoly on the online video market is what gives it so much leverage, and I'm afraid that when you make videos like this you are only strengthening this illusion. If you don't like YouTube, use MetaCafe, DailyMotion, or one of the many other video websites available. One may say if x is recognized, then bring that up to the top of the list, If X is seen again, then bring that up to the top of the list. If X is seen with the letter Y, then move the previous X's down to the bottom of the list and ignore them unless XYand Z are recognized together.
