@kennyeret Wrong. When teeth are still growing/erupting and fluoride is ingested it becomes part of the enamel, making it stronger and more resistant to decay. Topical is great, I agree. But there is a benefit to having systemic fluoride during tooth development (at appropriate levels) as well.

If they do in your area, then yes buy very large water tubs on line, that are fluoride free and use your rain water. Plus the biocarb really does clean your teeth. The downside is it tastes a bit bitter but one gets used to it.

Adverse affects have been seen when levels of fluoride have been too HIGH. In which case, I agree, we shouldn't have it in the water. But when it is, it should be regualted (and for the most part, in developed countries it is). Fluoride itself, in toothpaste, rinses, drops etc. is extremely effected for the fight against dental caries.
