Good example of a "shitty wrestling school" is APW in Hayward, California. They suck really bad. Check out their facility. For being the "1# pro wrestling school in California", their facility look very amateur.

RVD left at the right time. WWE has been going downhill for years, but for some reason when Cena and Batista won their first titles, everything got homogenized. All their really good performers were more or less gone by mid 2007, when he left. RVD's return at the Raw anniversary show was pretty good. But I tried watching the rest of that show, and outside of the cameos by other former wrestlers, the crowd didn't give a shit about anybody. It really exposed how pathetic their current "stars" are.
Watching this guy in a match is just amazing. You can sit back and watch every single match he's ever been in and in the end he can STILL pull out a move that just leaves you sitting there going "What in the f....how in the hell did he do that?"

Its vinces fault ECW is failing. any time someone good comes, he pulls them to a different brand. He has openly admitted that doesn't like ecw. The only good thing he's done is give tommy the ECW title, but he was trying to pull it off of him anyways
yeah, thats just good business, if a superstar is doing well you bump them to the flagship show RAW. i get why Tommy Dreamer would want to stay at ECW, it's what put him on the map and i respect him for that, but at the same time Vince knows his industry very well, and each superstar is an investment to him. if old ECW was still going it would create higher risks and more injuries and as a result superstars careers made shorter. personally i think Vince made a good call to make ECW more like RAW
But there are alot fans ( myself included ) that stoped watching WWE cause we aren't into the Huge guy 5 movie kiddy stuff anymore. ( We got enough of it in the 80s ) That would watch WWE ECW Brand if it was anywhere close to the old one , and if I was to start watching ECW again it could spark me to catch some RAWs or Smackdowns. Good business. Your already got what you got with Raw and Smackdown so why not give it a shot with ECW?
valid point. i think Vince has it right with the extreme rules format (anything goes ppv one night a year) but maybe he could make a few more ECW style matches for the brand at the regular ppv's too, but i do personally think that as fans we have to understand that it's their bodies on the line too, and that the fans expect more than we should from superstars with the risks they take for our entertainment. there are pro's and cons for both sides of this, but who knows, the old ECW may come back.

I personally understands rvd pain towards this situation with wrestling sometimes the story lines gets played out but to be honest vince mchman is an genius to me he does things that looks messed up on tv but if u think about it wwe is still goin strong and seems like getting better with bringing in shows like NXT so vince aint bad just his character comes off as but rvd dont be bitter about it u feel me!!!

in the UK recently, top goverment scientists have been fired by the government because they stated scientific fact that weed, E and LSD are all less dangerous and damaging than alcohol. with E and LSD i have to bring into question due to trips that can mess up your head but even so..... if the government are just gonna ignore this fact and fire top scientists due to their opinions controdicting fact, is it any surprise people have been brainwashed into thinking negatively towards it?

Good point, I would say weed can be pretty destructive to people with depression and anxiety. There is a really strange scary syndrome that you can get called depersonalization syndrome. I got it from weed and most everyone that has it got it from weed as well. Its pretty much a living hell. Weed is perfectly safe physically though.

If anyone wants to smoke pot, that's their choice. It doesn't kill people, it's not like heroin or anything like that. People are just prejudiced and always have been. Ever since we were little, we heard from older folks or parents that pot is for losers n that if you do it, you're a drug-addict or scum. I don't do it cuz simply it never interested me enough even out of curiosity. I got some friends who do it and they have nothing in common with the "public" perception. People suck. Go RVD!

Pot does kill people. When you're unable to control yourself, then you become a problem. Like when you're drunk, if you're too high that you're nearly passing out, I think that makes you a safety precausion. So for parents to say pot is dumb, then most likely they have a great reason for saying so.

RVD is right. The WBF, XFL, letting his petty ego get in the way of making money off the acquisition of WCW and ECW, and WWECW the way it is now. Vinsane McMadmahon for all his hype is pretty much a failure. The only success he ever had was the WWF (which he lost the name to because of some tree-hugging hippies) and if not for Hulk Hogan it probably would have failed too. ECW with WWE money behind it would have been a great success but Vinsane put his ego ahead of business. Emperor w/ no clothes

Good example of a "shitty wrestling school" is APW in Hayward, California. They suck really bad. Check out their facility. For being the "1# pro wrestling school in California", their facility look very amateur.

Yeah, hes probably the most honest and genuinely helpful wrestler there is. I've never heard anyone describe how to become a wrestler more honestly than he did. A cool dude. And a huge stoner. I smoked a joint with RVD in Fredericktown, Pennsylvania in 1998 at a house show at our local high school. The only names who showed up were RVD and Taz. Taz was a prick who just wanted to sell his shirts. RVD waited and signed every autographed and chilled with us.

ECW sucks now when RVD,Sandman,and Sabu where in it was the best... i bought bloodsport ecw and saw it i was convinced the ecw is the best a couple weeks later i see Cristian vs Finley i was like "Wait a second Cristian and Finley are smack down superstars WHY THE FUCK ARE THEY IN ECW!? the ecw championship means nothing now the ecw championship should be a major title like the wwe or world heavyweight titles

@wayfieldboi123 Paul Heyman killed ECW. He bounced way too many checks and had to file for bankruptcy. Even with the help of Vince McMahon and the WWE, ECW still could'nt stay in business. The comany had only a core of fans and that's it. They were never a legit thread to the WWE and had nothing to do with the Monday Night Wars. They were a hardcore indy company on television. Unfortunately Paul Heyman couldn't count. He killed it, not Vince.

RVD left at the right time. WWE has been going downhill for years, but for some reason when Cena and Batista won their first titles, everything got homogenized. All their really good performers were more or less gone by mid 2007, when he left. RVD's return at the Raw anniversary show was pretty good. But I tried watching the rest of that show, and outside of the cameos by other former wrestlers, the crowd didn't give a shit about anybody. It really exposed how pathetic their current "stars" are.

Its vinces fault ECW is failing. any time someone good comes, he pulls them to a different brand. He has openly admitted that doesn't like ecw. The only good thing he's done is give tommy the ECW title, but he was trying to pull it off of him anyways

yeah, thats just good business, if a superstar is doing well you bump them to the flagship show RAW. i get why Tommy Dreamer would want to stay at ECW, it's what put him on the map and i respect him for that, but at the same time Vince knows his industry very well, and each superstar is an investment to him. if old ECW was still going it would create higher risks and more injuries and as a result superstars careers made shorter. personally i think Vince made a good call to make ECW more like RAW

But there are alot fans ( myself included ) that stoped watching WWE cause we aren't into the Huge guy 5 movie kiddy stuff anymore. ( We got enough of it in the 80s ) That would watch WWE ECW Brand if it was anywhere close to the old one , and if I was to start watching ECW again it could spark me to catch some RAWs or Smackdowns. Good business. Your already got what you got with Raw and Smackdown so why not give it a shot with ECW?

valid point. i think Vince has it right with the extreme rules format (anything goes ppv one night a year) but maybe he could make a few more ECW style matches for the brand at the regular ppv's too, but i do personally think that as fans we have to understand that it's their bodies on the line too, and that the fans expect more than we should from superstars with the risks they take for our entertainment. there are pro's and cons for both sides of this, but who knows, the old ECW may come back.
