Can you update multiply article within a folio? For example, I added videos and buttons to 12 articles in a folio and I'm looking for a quick way to update them. Seems it would be faster in theory to delete all the articles and import them again versus update each one individually. Any insight from anyone would be great.
@390cameron Great observation Cameron. At this time, there is no quick way to update multiple articles in a folio. You have to select and update the articles one at a time. Your idea about deleting and re-importing may be easier as long as your file structure makes this easy. (If you're updating _all_ your articles it would be really easy to import multiple articles from a parent folder.)
@Vectorbabe Hey S.C.! -- Great question; when you add layouts (individual files, one at a time) the landscape and portrait files can be named anything. When you _import_ layouts the folder structure and file naming is quite specific.
For importing, create a folder for the article and save only the two ID files for the article in this folder. The two files must have the same aspect ration (even better, the same dimension) and the file names must end in _h and _v.
We were beta testers from the Adobe solution for digital publishing (Adobe DPS).We have collected all our experience into a project that is not just an app, but a set of tools that we needed to move towards a digital magazine: digital-publishing-guide
I love this stuff and sometimes it's rather heady. I'm glad to help where I can. I'll be recording DPS training in the next couple weeks for Video2Brain, you might want to watch for that.

Colin,
Do you have to use the _tall and _wide naming convention with CS 5.5 or were they just for your own file saving structure?

Hi Colin,
Excellent video series. I was struggling to wrap my head around it until your videos made it crystal clear.
Thanks, Tony
