Me and my hubby are full time students and work part time , I am 24 and never learned how to cook. We eat out a lot because we have no time to cook by the time we get home from are day. We have gained some weight over the past year because of this. Are your recipes healthy and if so can I make them why we are out of the house. Thank You and I love your videos.
@CCCrrrTTT A crock pot is one of the easiest ways to eat healthy and save money. It's all about what you cook in there. Lean meats and lots of veggies is what I do. Throw it all in the crock pot on low before you head off to school, and by the time you come home, you'll have dinner and leftovers for a few days. You can always hit up Google for crock pot recipes, and you'll find a lot of good ones. Good luck.
@getfoundprosmiami They are from a can, rinsed and drained. The crock pot will heat them. DO NOT buy the dried black beans in a bag and you will be A OK =)
I tried this recipe and it was soooo yummy. I had the beans and salsa from it, I couldn't have the chicken, because I gave up meat for lent, I gave the cooked chicken to my husband. And I ended up frying up some tofu to have instead of the chicken. But I'm going to have this meal again real soon after lent. Then I can really enjoy this meal.
I love this recipe!! Im a recent college grad and i dont have much experience in cooking. This makes me want to try out more of your dishes! Thank you!!
These videos are great Miss Love. My neice got married last fall and I gave her a crockpot. She complained the included recipes were too hard, so I told her to check out your 5 ingredient videos. She has made several and tells me her new husband is very impressed with the results. I love the ease of cleanup from onepot meals. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these videos. I think you should get your own cooking show on the Food Network.
I just wanted to let you know that I made the Fiesta Chicken and it was sooo good. I used Pace Salsa and cooked the meal in the pressure cooker. My meal was done in 25 mins. I also added a little salsa on top when I served it. Thank you for sharing
i added cilantro and little bit of lemon juice...it came out good but my only problem was that it was a little soup-y...is there any way to make it a little less watery? i was thinking of maybe cooking on low....also my cooker is a size smaller than the one in the video so maybe thats the reason....

I think I would have to use some regular ole fresh red beans in the bag instead of the blk beans being that it has to cook for 3 hours Im sure the red beans would come out just as tender.. but its a wonderful receipe all the same! :)
What do you think if i put some Uncle Ben's Rice with that in the crock pot. For some reason I think it would make sure that my family gets good and full.
I've added rice to this recipe for the crock pot as well and everything came out fine. We've even added cheese at the very end...talk about delicious!! Thanks Lovekisses99!!!!!!!
Let me just say I tried this and this was so good and may I say swelled great my kids where like what are you cooking. I said chicken, chichi salsa, celery and for the other part I made white rice to go with i., It was off the hook. Great I dea I haven't used my slow cooker in a while.
love the video, but I was wondering if you would do a diabetic friendly recipie or a fish recipie. My doctor wants me to eat more fish and vegatables.
question! can you cook this recipe on low for 8 hours or will the beans be overcooked? thanks!

Looks okay however just doesn't seem like enough seasoning.. 1/4 for 5 large breast seem very flavorless...
