@john1998king hi if you are looking for the ringtones things on the library sidebar, just get an m4r file and double click to play it. itunes will automatically load it. the only reason you don't have the ringtones option is cuz you do not have any m4r files in your library

i also had this problem i followed all the insructions to that point, but I then went into itunes and select 'file' and then select 'add file to lirary', select the m4r file and click open this will then appear in ringtones, and do the same with the original file to make it re-appear in the i tunes library, hope it works for u as it did for me.
