Copying analogue video footage is a lossy process. You will never get a perfect copy of a VHS tape. When you copy and convert analogue video from one tape to another some information such as colour saturation or image detail is lost. When transferring analogue video from one colour standard to another the quality drop issue is even greater. VHS is prone to poor colour reproduction (especially NTSC) with drop-out, colour bleed and tracking errors.

@blahblahblah85 I know yeh posted this a long while ago in asking, but he had a car wreck and hadda have a stick for the rest of his life. He got better and didn't have to use it as much. Only really limped if he was tired or something later on.

I don`t know when and where the concert was, but look at minute 2.23: There you see in the background an advertisement of an Austrian company called "Wiener Städische" (located in Vienna)

So I think, the concert was in Austria - perhabs in southern Germany, because this company isn`t a "global player"

In Luke's video on the performer he sings the first verse twice,on this video he leaves out the "In Dublin next arrived....verse!Forgetful but yet so understandable!
