At 1:10, wow, lucky that the horse manged to save the situation, the rider went totally out if balance and it would have been an pretty bas accident if the horse hadn't fix it...

yeh it was filmed in a park - the whole event is run in the parklands around Adelaide's CBD, every jump is portable and the roads get closed :)
