how wonderful to see barenboim almighty adopting that kind of a tempo. why, it's almost double slower than in my recording with sviatoslav r.
he makes it so.. quite, serene, and almost playful.
i am working on this and i still can't really stabilise on a tempo. anyone got any opinions about the 4th movement's tempo ?
i know, i know.. you'll say 'play it like you just feel'. i know and i will do that, but i would really like to hear other opinions, it would help alot.
hi, i would think the speed for this movement would be slightly faster thatn barenboim's version here. However you might want to play it in a speed that you can perform securely? And speed up from there perhaps. Are you using this sonata for dipABRSM?
