  • This is the most beautiful thing I ever seen aaww its so adorable and I bet how the baby felt inside that belly while you were dancing ^_^

  • I wanna learn how to do that, your hips amaze me lol they move fluidly and great!

  • It's not Chiftitelli like yoy wrote it's tsiftetelli in greek !! anayway good looking dancer but so small belly ! come back for your next pregnancy!

  • @fredki I know :-) I was actually just writing the name of the song. It was written like that on the CD by Joseph Pusey

  • Wow , you look so BEAUTIFUL!!! Your baby will be definitely a great belly dancer (no matter if it is a boy or a girl ;)))!!

  • How soothing and gorgeous you and your beautiful tummy ☺

  • Your baby will surely be a professionnal dancer!!

  • This is very elegant and gracious, what a beautiful moment!

I heard that keeping on practicing bellydance during pregnecy was a very soft activity for the body and could help for the labor, and with your comments I suppose that is true :)

    Gorgeous video!

  • This is soooooo BEAUTIFUL<3 i am nine months pregnant right now, but havent belly danced since before i got pregnant, so i dunno how safe it is to jump back in, ive tried some hip shimy's here and there and just get soo exhausted, and sometimes it hurts, i dont wanna put her or my body in shock by jumping back into it right away! i deff cannot wait to jump back in when shes out though:)

  • @lovealwaysmommy - Thank you so much! I would definitely say to practice as many slow moves as possible. It's never too late to get those muscles strengthened again especially for labor. Doing moves like slow hip circles during labor are extremely helpful for getting the baby to move further down into the birth canal and speed up the process :-) And dancing of course definitely helped me get back into shape quickly after having my baby.

  • Wow. She really looks beautiful. :) And I heard too that belly dancing is wonderful for the core and therefore labor.

  • Very nice.

  • This is probably much safer than a lot of everyday household chores that a lot of women do. Her muscles are strong and support the baby well. I thought she was beautiful!

  • Is this good for the baby to dance like that?

  • @TheQueenIndigo - Yes this kind of dancing is very beneficial for strengthening the muscles used for labor. I had my baby at home and the labor and delivery went so smoothly. I attribute most of that to my dancing throughout my pregnancy. My daughter was 9.7lbs and perfectly healthy :-)

  • @TheQueenIndigo raks al sharqi started to strengthen mothers for labor. its totally normal and healthy.

can you roll your belly while your pregnant... that is hard to do even when not.

  • @TheQueenIndigo This type of dance was designed to help women with labor and celebrating femininity. It wasn't created for Hollywood. ;)

  • nice

  • @Tushetinka I'm really curious where you heard that from - it's not true at all.

  • @Tushetinka First of all belly dance was one of the best ways to help woman to relax and give birth perfectly.... and it is still good.

  • @Tushetinka It's perfect for the baby to dance like that.
