Career Advice: Resume Writing - Part 2 of 6

Are you kidding? A video? A white paper? Maybe in business where that kind of stuff makes an impression but for the majority of us those are wasted efforts.

Chronological is not always best, and he's really talking about a Combination or Functional style resume. He's dead on in the fact that one resume may be great over here but stink elsewhere.

Not a bad video, but for the uneducated a dangerous and short-sighted view. BTW I'm a career counselor and got here by looking for training videos.
