If you want to use Fraps and record ur videos in HD, u gotta have a decent PC to record with. If u have a bad PC, fraps will make you lag and interupt your gameplay. You can also use Wegame, Wegame doesnt give u much lag but it doesnt record as well quality compared to Fraps. Also, if ur willing to record and upload with Fraps a lot, get a fairly big harddrive (I would reccommend 1-2 TB) because when u finished recording with fraps, it turns ur video into an .AVI file so it takes up alot of room
