it amazes me that more people dont do this simple Old Testament equation. I was 12 when I first read the old testament, to the delight of the psychopath nuns who beat the three R's (righteousness wRath and Retribution) into me.. imagine being 12 years old and realising your parents and peers worshipped a psychotic monster. To me its not about if he rejected the jews or the new testament its the fact that they are able to see the evils to God bestows on people. And yes they were returned home after this speech, after the deaths of thousands of jewish people, and a lot of children too.
