The main sprocket is the larger one and needs to be used in order to get the correct ratio. The 32 and 24T are secondary sprockets that will drive the free wheel. Those you can change out depending on what your goal is. I have found that the 24T gives me the best climb and also great top end. But the 32t will also work well.

can you just use the 32t and 24t? i dont really want to use the 44t sprocket
