Yes, In theory ghosts convert energy from various sources to charge there own Electromagnetic Field. This explains why new batteries lose there charge and the cause of cold spots, and also how ghost get the energy to manifest. If you are implying that the TV in the video cut out from a ghost draining energy from it, I don't think it is likely but it may be possible. I think it is far more likely that a ghosts electromagnetic field itself interfered with the TV or camera.
when i first saw it i thought it was just someone walking in front then i stopped the video at 37 and wow you see the shadow walking in the tv too!!!. thats awesome, it almost looks like a world behind the shadow in the tv!!! you guys got any more, i did this once and i got millions of prisms and weird static but didnt see anything, i started to get a little creeped out by it though, when i was at my fathers work once i saw like a shadow walk into the ground,corner of my ey, i was so creeped out
Don't listen to them. Thats a good video. That couldn't possibly be someone walking in front of the TV. Look closely at the TV behind the shadow when it passes.. Nice video.
Hey don give them a hard time on what happened, I do believe that it was not somone walking in front of the T.V. and that it might have been paranormal.

I can give you my word that no one walked in front of the T.V.,But I know so many people intentionally fake Paranormal activity that the word of the person showing it isn't worth much. It's true... no one will beleive a video because there is no proof that its real or fake with technology these days, you can do anything with a camera and a program or simple little tricks, for others to beleive, they need to see an entitie in front of them... yes you can. look at frame 37 the shadow is in the tv. believe what you want but the proof is that the shadow is also seen in the tv. go try it at your house before you shut it down.

The T.V. didn't turn off the screen just went blank, the T.V. was on the whole time. As for why it went blank I'm not sure.
