Can anyone tell me what does that mean for my motherboard of course, i have Asus P5QL/EPU and it says DDR2 1066 [O.C] does that mean that it can support 1066MHz RAM ?

Using XMP will mean you cant Overclock your CPU properly. XMP profiles delivery too high voltage to your CPU, 1.68 and over will be delivered to your CPU this will definately damage your CPU.

I'd recommend not using awfully designed XMP presets profiles and Manually overclock it yourself at least then you get the most out of your system without any perminant damage.
