Since the two of you are together to make the video, and the audience knows JF and Richard, it is a good idea to have the two of you in the video. Richard is great with the stats (we all love car stats) and JF is really good at talking about the "feeling" of a car (like the recent Porsche 911 video).

Who gives a crap about video quality in a production like this?

Is it a Hollywood blockbuster? Do they have a huge budget? Are you PAYING to watch this?

FLD puts together a fantastic program which sole purpose is designed to deliver information to the viewer. They could simply do that using words in an article, but they'd rather create a video production. You learn the same about the cars whether it's in 240P or 1080P. Stop whining about the video quality, and take it for what it is!

I don't agree with that last statement. What matters at the end of the day is comfort. I'm sorry to say it but speed is overrated. You're going to be casually driving this vehicle for 80% of the time, might as well be comfortable doing it. I can't stand cheap plastic interiors mated to a well engineered drive train. You just know that the car could have been better, but the budget was cut.

Porsche Boxster S, the competitor of the 370z roadster, is almost twice the price. The plain Boxster is far underpowered so it doesn't even compete (yet its still far more expensive). And what's so special about BMW? I literally don't see anything in it. Especially since I owned one. They aren't all they are hyped up to be.

The comparison is 370z to Porsche is like, buying a regular bottle champagne or Cristal.

You get drunk regardless. With less $

I'd consider myself well off to be able to afford a BMW 335i yet decided to go with the Infiniti G37 because it offers 9/10th of the performance for 8/10ths the price.

The 370z with its parameters outperforms the Boxster in pretty much in every way too so I don't know what you're blabbering about.

There is reason and logic for the people who don't have their heads halfway up their ass that care more about history of the car and its badge over what it actually offers.

Yea that chip (JB3, Procede, overpriced Dinan, etc you name it. I've done my research) voids your warranty.

It even voids the recent recall BMW made for its fuel pumps on the twin turbo six. Voiding your warranty on a German car is a no no.

There is so much wrong with your statement

1. No R32 (VW I assume) is faster than a G37. You're out of your mind.

2. What is that suppose to mean on paper. Multiple test magazines show the G37 runs anywhere from 13.5-13.8 1/4 mile. Private youtube videos show the same. Unless you have a moderately modded R32, it's not gonna happen.

3. BMW 335 runs 13.3-13.5 1.4 mile. Straight line speed aside, there is a motortrend comparison between the two showing similar handling too.

Chip tuning on a BMW is an aftermarket mod on a factory car. That voids your FACTOR warranty. I never said anything about aftermarket warranty (which is almost nonexistent unless you're paying big money like you would for Dinan parts).

If the two are unrelated, say you purchased an aftermarket air intake and your parking brake fails within warranty, the dealer remains responsible.

This is usually the case with minor things like exhaust modification. But them, I've heard several cases of dealers voiding the warranties on simple modifications like air intakes. More specifically, a case where a dealer would not replace the O2 sensors blaming the oils put on the K&N air filter being the issue of the damage.

Nevertheless, I was speaking of modding the cars' (BMW 335i) electronics and increasing the boost which completely voids your warranty no questions asked.

The 350z is worse in every category. 370z beats it in fuel economy, handling, efficiency, speed, interior refinement, horsepower, weight. It's smaller but it's built smarter, for example the trunk isn't covered by the rear bar anymore.
