How do you unscrew the bottom screws without using a special screwdriver?

@PurpleFreak227 At the time this was recorded, the iPhone 4 only used a standard phillips head screwdriver to remove the back plate. More recent models include screws that require a pentalobe screwdriver. They basically are a 5 point star. They do this to force you to either buy the tool or take it to Apple to get anything fixed.

@wseid hi, im sure that taking the back off doesnt void the warranty as there is a little white sticker on the top of a screw that holds the mother board in, unless that sticker is dameged apple will still fix your phone so in answer to your question, no it doesnt void your warranty. hope this helps : )

@wseid NO! it doesnt! there is a OEM version (AT&T) and a CDMA verison (VERIZON) i wasted 20 bucks because i have the verizon version and purchased an OEM back... be cautious on which type it is...i hope its not to late
