@inhae322 No, it's probably the type of liner! Make sure you use a waterproof pencil and try to wait for it to set (about one minute) completely before you blink ;)

@almanangelica Chanel powders can be a touch chalky, but they look really smooth on the face if you use the right brush :) I haven't tried Guerlain's reformulated cheek color. Maybe next season!
