I generally like Steve's shows, but he was being absolutely ignorant on this episode.
He shouldn't try to teach them when he has no idea what they went through.
He's only making things worse. Seriously, I agree that the lady did a horrible thing to her child, but yelling at her saying that she's worse than a pig and yelling at her fiance to get outrageous at her is just ignorant and cold.
The couple definitely need help and more mutual understanding of each other.

There are other alternatives & rehab isnt a magic cure like ppl think.
