Que (and I'm just being real), can't take constructive criticism well. A lot of people are like that. He has to learn that everything is not meant to be a personal attack on his character.

Que is young and has a lot going on...when you're put in new surroundings and new experiences sometimes it takes a longer time to adjust...I think the older guys have more experience with life and the business then Que. He has to find his way and it's hard when you're in a group with guys that have already found their way and you've got to catch up!
