Using SLURLs for easy travel - Second Life Video TuTORial

Everytime i start up second life, it stops once it goes to "Waiting for reagion Handshake". Help please.

Also, I have a friend, who can't log in. The account he try's to log in with, the Sim he's in, then simply crashes. He made a report, and he was replied to ask you about this. But now each account he makes, now crashes the sim he goes in, so he can not log in Second Life, at all.

*Nod* It does, although the unofficial TSLurl version is unavailable. Just make your own, like this:

slurl . com / secondlife / [REGION] / [X] / [Y] / [Z] /

Or for a direct link inworld,

secondlife:///app/teleport/[RE­GION]/[X]/[Y]/[Z]/

Of course, change [REGION] to your wanted region, [X], [Y] and [Z] to coordinates, and remove the spaces in the URL version.

Yes Parker1108. Slurls SHOULD work on Teen Second Life. I don't really know, never tried Teen SL out. But I am guessing it SHOULD work. :-)

I know you are just joking but it actually IS! :-)

If you fly from one place to another, yes you will see the scenery, but the time spent flying there will cost time and electricity in the real world. Factor in the ban lines you may encounter, or getting stuck because the sim doesn't have a connecting sim, and you can definitely see the benefits.

Not using SL at all is more environmentally friendly, but I guess teleporting is the lesser of 2 evils, lol.
