When you load a game with this mod enabled, after a while,

a misc item for Hotkey(Umpa Animation)

You can activate the ball from the inventory

or you can bind it to any hotkey and initiate it in this way.

u have to hotkey the spell or have it selected..just like u cant end a "actors in charge" animation without dispelling the effect with the "actors ball".

Yea man you got it mixed up. Xbox live don't offer mods.. just addons like Shivering Isles and knights of da nine. PC there's a site called tesnexus (dot) com.. It's where you get all the oblivion mods for PC, well most -.-
