When you finish one of these turns in a pirouette, and you're in a pase (probably spelling that wrong!), do you have it where your knee is to the front or to the side or can it be either way? She does it so quickly I can't really tell!

Thanks! The only part I'm having trouble with is doing a triple pirouette after the a la second turns. I need to get it though, because they are In all of my competition routines this year (besides tap). But this video helped a lot! :)

Autumn, u r amazing, but I have a few questions for your mom, as I am closer in age to her. 1.What did you do to get in shape after having your kids and 2. For adult dancers, does it get to a point when some of these tricks aren't possible anymore? For example, I have never seen an adult do 'the drop', or kick spins, or some of these other moves.

I so wish I had a teacher to watch my turns and tell me exactly what I need to do but I don't know many people that would be able to tell me :P could ask one of the dance production girls at my high school but I feel like such a fraud when I dance anywhere near them, they are amazing!

Does anyone have any tips to help me stop traveling when I'm doing the turn? I'm pretty sure the moving around is the main thing keeping me from doing them... it makes me off balance
