  • Wow...and everyone wonders why their bills keep going up and up and up... You know I've gone to the same grocery store every week for the past 25 years and they have yet to give me a "customer loyalty" credit. Why should AT&T give you a credit just because you're a tightwad?

  • you are GOOD i save a lot of money doing this but i don't call every month to ask for a customer credit !

  • I do agree if my net goes down I ask for credit then but that only happens a few times a year im not calling ever month when my service is working perfectly fine asking for money. God I so dislike this guy making people think if you call your cable company or any company and asking for credit every month is ok.

  • you are greedy, calling every month asking for a customer loyalty credit. I bet the customer service people hate you when you nickel and dime them to death every month. They should drop you as a customer. Now I do negotiate every 12 months to keep my lower cost but thats once a year i'm not hounding customer service every month being greedy.

  • Thanks for the tips....dont listen to the losers on here....let them keep paying more....keep up the good work.

  • ask for the customer retention department. a phone clerk in a call center has no authority. do research on local offerings and for DirectTV and other providers. Even if you save $15 per month that's $180 per year. It costs them far more than that to acquire and keep a new customer....

  • I did all of these things, practically begging AT&T U-Verse to do something to address the ridiculous nature of my bill. They could & would do nothing for me. Now, tomorrow when I call to cancel my account, I'm confident they will have a different story. It's just not worth it anymore, no matter what they try to do to make it right. There is no amount of money they can credit me that will make me continue to keep such poor customer service perpetuating.

  • look at his last name...hes jewish

  • Wow! Thanks

  • AT T sucks!

  • Greedyyyyyyyyyyyyyy .....cheap

  • credit grabber!!!!!!hahahaha

  • I work for AT&T customer service. Gave adjusment for asking? Thats not possible. We can only gave adjustment on the bill just by making changes on your account: plans, features, or something, but not just for asking. If you really want to save money, ask for the $30 dolars unlimited mobile to any mobile and unlimited messages feature, and down your minutes plan, so you can really save. Think a little.

  • I bet this guys eat from the .99 cents menu all the time..and if he goes to a restaurant complain to get a free meal..cheap bastard!!

  • I bet this guys eat from the .99 cents menu all the time..and if he goes to a restaurant complain to get a free meal..cheap bastard!!

  • This guy is a asshole , why the fuck do you want to keep it if all you do is complain . I hope he goes to hell

  • it's ludicrous that I used to pay so much for my at&t cell phone service. 70 for the unlimited minutes, 30 for unlimited data, and 20 for unlimited text, that's almost 130 with tax! Now I did my research and used the prepaid service of straight talk, which costs only 45 for all of those features. Of course the phone selection is different, but still comparable, and the service is just as strong, using verizon's network. I f you're a smart phone user you really get your money's worth

  • good info thanks

  • this my shit of every day .... fuck man we have metric about adjustments !! if all the fucking months you are gonna be asking for an adjustmen we going to cancel your account !! , we dont need people that every month call to ask help !! if u cant pay , please choose do not have cable !

  • If you have uverse why would you downgrade to the elite package? That's only 6mb down, you're cheating yourself of the speed

  • Call and ask for credit? All this does is cost each customer more by raising the companies cost per call. Any company will only add this into the bottom line and charge more. Pick the best fit for your needs, find deals when they are offered, and most importantly take advantage of the information companies offer online. Be informed about your service and what you need and take advantage of competitive markets by picking the company you feel will offer you the best service for the best prices.

  • All the time when my internet service goes down...i ask for a Credit off my bill....The customer is always right! LOL

  • @haloman977 same here!!!!! Same thing!!!!! :)
