does he ever bite i got bitten by mine once in the thumb... i brought him outside and he tryed to runn so i chased after and grabed him and he turned around a bittttt the fuck out my finger it blead soo bad no stitcked though its i got the scar to proove it
wow most food agressive tegu ive ever seen, you should feed him in a seperate enclosure with the food already in it so he looks to the other cage as the food source and not ur hands, that way he will become more tame, and also take him out more...most untame tegu ive ever seen right there. i can sleep with mine and put my finger in his mouth...as friendly as a dog

Thanks you for your hint. Your way could be a possibility to tame him. But our little feller can be what he is: A wild animal and we love him as he is.
