  • My wife and I and our children stayed in the Casa Phoenix about one year ago and it was wonderful! It is exactly as shown in this video--beautiful and spacious. The condo is pricey, but worth the cost if you want first class accommodations. Snorkeling right off the beach is pretty good, although it is better at Chaakanaab, a nearby state reserve. The condo building is very safe, so no concerns about safety (which really isn't a problem on Cozumel anyway). Jim B., Fort Wayne, IN.
