The Best smart Short Film Award assigned by smart, the "I've seen films" Festivals main sponsor, was won by Dorota Zglobicka (Poland) for her Be Smarter,
produced during the 2009 Rutger Hauer FilmFactory Masterclass in Rotterdam.
I did notice, however, that in the 'I've seen films' festival-catalog Chris Meeder was credited as being the actor in this short, while in fact this should be Joey Schrauwen. I think there might have been a little mix-up between this short and smart short #4.

Congratulations on winning the award!
