The way the Legion are, the whole Roman thing, comes from how their original home was. Look at D.C, it wasn't exactly The Pitt but still was devestated by the Fallout; however they went back to a Western mindset which was a couple of centuries back. Wherever the Legion were must have been so fucked up that their mindset went back hundreds if not two thousand, or over, years. Morality wise, the Legion is the worse, but they've made far more progress in terms of a strong population.

@Purpleisawesome93 I don't think it works like that. Caesar was a Follower of the Apocalypse with access to historical databases and decided to model his organization after the Roman Legion. Ashur does the same thing in the Pitt: enslave people for a specified purpose. Caesar just happened to be more methodical and not deluded by any other notions. He just wanted everything for himself.

i hate the way that bethesda didn't let you carry on after the game had ended. and that they put a level cap as they did with fallout 3. i want to be able to get every perk, every weapon , skill to one hundred and to see the outcome of the battle for real not through some shitty "artistically shaded "powerpoint. maybe in the next one - and it better not be the same in skyrim.

And the game is hardly big enough to let you reach any level you want... not to mention that that'd take away any challenging aspect of the game. Level 50 is a perfectly fine level cap with all of the add-ons anyway...

@dammit301 Yeah, each add-on increases the cap by 5 levels so you're actually earning some experience, unlike Fallout 3. 4 add ons means 20 levels being added onto the original 30.
