  • the only way to truly get rid of them is to kill the bastards. The tree hugging people need to realize that.

  • This killing this animal... that so stupid, killing without any reason, not better catch and take somewhere else like forest...

  • @FsxHitmarkerz wow that was 11 months ago, i was sure that was the last time i wuld have to argue with someone about moles. ok so right or wrong dont exist anymore, but is that how u see life? myabe theres another way. i just dont have the heart to kill animals, but if u do go ahead, i cant stop u, i can only bug u of how its wrong to do so. we all see life differently so ill stik with my believes and u stik with urs, and we'll all be happy. Peace.

  • I have bought some of these trap and I would like to know what you use for the short wires on the end of the traps. Thanks

  • Good job 1 down thousands to go . My yard is their playground and I'm ready to pour cement all over it.

  • Nice man! Does drowning them work? I mean... flushing water into the tunnels?

  • Comment removed

  • @duncan7599 they could me voles or gophers

  • @duncan7599 look up VOLES.... they use the same tunnels as moles, and I lost many plants and new trees

  • get a life, what did mole ever do to u? Except that it cultivates earth and other useful stuff.

  • @BuBaClD Prick Tree Hugger!

  • get a life, what did mole ever do to u?

  • i've caught like 7-8moles with those traps. WHY R THEY COMING BACK???

  • @sushi123 A pregnant Vole can have as many as 16 offspring, with a very short gestation period. And each of those Voles can have 16 more. So, it doesn't take long to get over-run, especially if you have a nice vegetable garden, like we do. Keep at it. This system really works great!

  • @petercraw A Vole is NOT a MOLE !!

  • Hi Everybody. Well, I gave these traps a try as my front yard was suddenly under siege. I followed Steve's instruction regarding finding the run that has a smooth path from a lot of mole travel. It looked like the main run from the forest to my lawn. I set the trap this morning, pushing it into the bottom of the tunnel. I just got home and checked it. Steve, you're amazing. In less than 12 hours I GOT him! I highly recommend this product. FIVE STARS

  • it all depends on the scent on your hands, if they like your scent, no problems, but if they don,t, they will run a mile, best to run gloves into a mole hill to get scent of moles.

it works the same in fishing , some people catch more fish with the same bait, it can be the oil in your hands that attracks the fish, if you cannot catch fish, try gloves so the fish don,t get your negative oil scent.

by the way england is going to beat usa in football

  • @kleenezegavinscott Total myth! the sent of your hands does not bother the mole, That's the same as someone saying 'you need to bury your new traps' to stop them smelling new. if you know where to place the trap properly you will catch the mole.

  • Steve - thanks for inventing this awesome product. Very easy to set, place and KILL!

  • the only problem was that i wanted to know how to catch a mole, not kill it. but can u try to make a how to catch a mole video because your vids are cool make a how to catch a mole video

  • @StealthBeast11

Its almost impossible to catch them...they are very smart and stay away from "dug out" tunnels etc and most the tricks of making them leave doesn't help either.

Its either live with them...or kill them.

  • @Twisted86

Actually I just caught one and released it in an appropriate area this week, using a 5 gallon bucket buried in a run. Works!

  • @Twisted86 well this afternoon, i had a mole digging around the pool. I saw the ground poping upwards and quietly got a shovel and put it through the entire tunnel 3 feet behind where he was digging. I then got another shovel and unearthed the top of the tunnel near the shovel and there he was. I'm a dog lover, so naturally I put him in a bucket and drove him to the park , dug a hole and let him lose.

  • @JaredHighwind Oh, and to add it was not hurt at all. Though, probably a little confused to what just happened to him

  • that is so cool!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

  • @kleenezegavinscott Please stop spreading myths about what best to do to catch a mole! you obviously don't mole catch for a living.

  • what you did not tell them was why you were using gloves, mole can pick up human sent easy the glove take that away, better if you leave the glove outside before you use, so they pick up nprmal garden sent, before setting mole traps rub your glove in a new mole hill to se there sent or even better a dead mole, run your trap with dead mole help the mole think it safe

  • @kleenezegavinscott I don't think you know what you are talking about. I set and placed the trap with my bare hands and caught the mole within two days. Couldn't have been simpler.

  • Just caught 2 this morning, back to back just like in his video. That makes three in all. I paid $48 for 6 of these traps. Our mole guy charges $50 per mole, so these traps have already paid for themselves threefold! Thanks!!

  • I heard that if you catch a mole on a full moon than it will relinquish it's pot of gold to you

  • @Ufollowme2 loool yea! its true!

  • @Ufollowme2 never a truer word said

  • Great video!

I have been a trapper for many years and have trapped everything from pocket gophers to coyotes and have thought about getting into ADC for years. I have a yard full of moles,... but not for long! Thanks

  • I want a trap that doesnt kill the poor critter

  • @fredzilla77 Is that so you can release it somewhere else and become someone else's problem! Tree hugger.

  • @gtechlfg1 People need to understand the diffrence between life and death. Killing a mole for ruining your yard is a disgrace to nature. im not trying to fight with you here but moles cant help it when their natural thing is making holes in grassfields. try to understand what im talking about is the right thing.

  • @fredzilla77 I think you need to come into the real world and not the world of la la land where you are at the minute.

  • @gtechlfg1 Are you sure im the one in la la land and not you? because what im trying to do is the right thing. think about your side of the story and come back to me when your ready to back up your story.

  • looks like a really good trap. those scissor/jaw ones suck

  • I live in St. Louis and tried two other mole traps before ordering 4 traps from Steve. I used the traps as soon as they arrived and immediately caught and eliminated these pests. The information videos were great - thanks steve.

  • I have thought of the easiest way to get rid of these pesky critters. Go get a propane tank, release the gas in those tunnels. Make sure you release enough propane to fill those tunnels and crevices. Then simply light a match. That will be the end of moles, voles, gophers, shrews.

PS- I have not tried it but if you all do, then let me know how it worked for you.

  • I don't think that blowing up your yard is a good idea. Propane is exploding...

  • i live in southeast texas and i have a severe mole problem ... or so i thought...... this morning i shot one the was pushing dirt up out of the ground. to my suprise upon diging the animal up i found it to be a pocket gopher what should i do?

i have purchased gopher traps much like what you use here .... so far no luck .... again what advise can you give me?

  • Information I can actually use. Great.

  • Thanks for showing how this is done!

  • Thank you for being so detailed in your videos ! You Rock !
