Btw this would only work going out of jersey on the holland..as always tollbooths inbound and outbound on the Lincoln it turns directly into Route 3 (major, horribly designed freeway). (Holland into jersey has two stoplights before becoming I-78 and the Turnpike, so thats when he turned twoards the path.)

You said it all when you left the tunnel saying you had no energy left and then that you couldn't take the train. The people in the cars may have taken slightly longer but they left with close to the same energy that they entered with and were able to continue on their way to wherever they were going after getting out, whereas you were left stranded. I'd say that's a win for the drivers and a fail for the bicyclists.

This stunt wasn't ballsy but annoying. Are we supposed to be impressed that he broke the law? I'm just surprised he got away with it - okay he slipped by the cops at the entrance, but there are cameras all throughout the tunnel. The Port Authority is very antsy with their facilities in this post-9/11 world.
