The bottom line is unemployment was at 4.7% under Bush until Wicked Witch Pelosi took over the House in 2006. It was at 8% when Bush let office and Obama wasted no time in increasing it to 9.1%. It should be worse, but Obama's people keep doctoring the number of available jobs. The porkulus and Obamacare have killed jobs. That is fact.

Actually, my dad thought of what I think sounds like it would; offer homeowners $5000 or so to help pay off their mortgage so they have more to spend otherwise. It would go straight to paying off the mortgage so they can't fool around with it.
