There is also another way to make your animations for free( very tedious as well). As ralexis said, you can try each individual frame, then copy them onto the computer, organize them, then put them into Windows Movie Maker. Once you adjust certain things, like the speed of each frame, you will then have an animated film.

@AJthespriter06 There's many ways to animate your drawings .. one inexpensive way I use .. It's teadious work but you can scan all your drawings and save them to your hard drive in sequencial order into a folder ...like 01.jpeg, 02.jpeg ..etc . use photoshop to scale them if needed .... import them to Adobe Flash .. Flash will automatically put all your drawings in a timeline in the order i which it was saved ..hit enter amd watch your movie play .. have fun !!!
