Thanks for pointing that out.. however, I cant guarantee Ill never inadvertently miss-speak in videos but I think most people doing their CCNAV studies know what I meant. I record these in real time and when you're talking about a network address while typing a subnet mask, words can get mixed up sometimes.
No worries. Just glad you had these up here. I already have my CCIE R&S and figured I'd get my CCNA Voice just for something to do, but I'm taking the CVOICE instead of the IIUC, so I get zero CME stuff. Thanks!
Sorry but I call bullshit on your CCIE. reading your responses here DOES not sound like someone who went through the rigorous discipline of obtaining a CCIE.
Nice work on the videos, I also appreciate the fact that you TALK and commented on what you were doing, I hate it when people put videos up like this and don't say a word of that they are doing.
@barackuse Oh, and how do you figure? The only two comments I see are about people referring to a /24 as being a class C, which we all know is incorrect. So what is it that makes you think I don't have a CCIE?
@barackuse Sorry, this is just a YouTube account. I have no reason to associate it with my professional life. I really couldn't care less what you believe. The way I speak online has no bearing with my abilities as a network engineer. Get over it.
@wmx99 Ha no worries, I notice a lot of people who were in the industry pre-CIDR days refer a /24 as a class C... because... well... that's what it once was. Technically not, but it was kind of a pseudo-synonym at the time.
"class C subnet" <-- makes me want to punch babies. The mask has zero to do with the address class. Just thought I'd point that out :)

Dont do that Id recommend going with Dantes Inferno.. Plenty of babies in limbo you can hack and slash away at without causing harm to others :P

Fair enough! Just please stop referring to the mask as a class c mask :(

The CCIE's I travel with don't make immature responses like this. Also if you are one, then sign your name and number. Most I know always do.

@barackuse The CCIEs I travel with drink beer with me and call black people niggers, whats your point?
