Dalai Lama is no doubt a man of true compassion. Sadly quite a few people still wish to blind fold their eyes, and keep following Shugden without true understanding, knowledge, and investigation. Infact, Dalai Lama is telling these people not to make the same mistake He made before. Isn't this fair enough?

On top of this, lets not forget, that the prosperity we enjoy in exile, is the blessing from Dalai Lama's excellent leadership.

And ... Many sadhanas of Dorje Shugden state that Dorje Shugden is the embodiment of the Guru, Yidam, and Protector. Here, Guru refers specifically to Lama Tsongkhapa. Thus, when we practise the sadhana of Dorje Shugden we are indirectly practising the Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa, as well as the practices of Yamantaka and Kalarupa!!!

Not only Dorje Shugden but his entire entourage are emanations of the enlightened mind. His chief minister, Kache Marpo, is also an enlightened Dharma protector in his own right.

Within his mandala are Setrap and Amitabha who are of course fully enlightened buddhas. It is incredible that the whole mandala & entourage are enlightened beings, and beings that are totally worth of us taking refuge in.

Dorje Shugden has been relied upon by the highest Lamas, who themselves have been recognized as enlightened.

Dorje Shugden could not be subdued by the 5th Dalai Lama or other Lamas until now, even with fire puja. If DS is an evil spirit, then he must be stronger than the enlightened Lamas. This is not possible. DS is indestructible...logically, it's rather clear what nature he is.

Yes i have read about the triple murder but whether the DS activists are behind the murder or not, i don't think it's fair to say that ALL DS practitioners are murderers. It's rather broad generalisation. As for the monks who allegedly killed people - their karma will be very heavy and we should have compassion for them.

I've not seen any proof that Shugden practitioners are murderers. Even IF someone who murdered someone and is a Shugden practitioner doesn't mean that ALL Shugden practitioners are murderers. That's ridiculously generalising.

I also don't understand why Shugden monks having their own monasteries and lay people being able to practise is pro-Chinese propaganda? How does this benefit China? Not that there's anything wrong for a Buddhist practice to benefit ANYONE. but it's a strange statement.

we have to really look outside of what is really happening in the TIbetan community. The entire focus is in there but what effect does this ban and entire saga have on the whole world per se?

This incident is a deep embarrassment for the Tibetan government and the Dalai Lama, as of yet they have no comment. It obliterates all of the wild and insane claims of Dorje Shugden practitioners as being a non-mainstream practice.... as the Dalai Lama would love to convince people. If one is willing to look at the list of revered and respected lamas of the last century, it's clear that the Dalai Lama's views are the extreme ones... So what does he do now that his house of lies is falling down?

The 101 Ganden Tripa joined Shar Gaden after being retired. Since he´s a Shugden practitioner, he was doing the right thing. I think he lives in France now.

But this doesn´t prove that the practice is widespread. Most Gelugpa practice the old tradition of Gelug that is not "revised" by Pabongkha.

Recently, the 101 Ganden Tripa who is the highest ranking Lama within the Gelugpa (the largest Buddhist School in Tibet, which includes the Dalai Lama also) lineage, has joined Shar Ganden monastary. This monastary was formed by Dorje Shugden practitioners who were kicked out of their monastaries due to the Dalai Lama's ban. This clearly shows that this practice is quite widespread and cannot be marginalized.

It seems like the Dalai Lama's web of lies is finally catching up with him....
