For these you don't want flexibility. You want rigid processes and consistent rules. For cusotmer facing activities SAP is horrible. It takes twice the time it should to perfrom activities. My advice, get the SAP accounting software, and bolt your front end onto that.

I implemetn NW for exactly what you said and everything you said have some true but have a lot of bull shit .all these things we implemetned we did implement it for the biggest companies in the world and the products are working good if you have something new, working better than SAP.let me know.I know SAP is not the best but for now it is! so stop spit behind people back but invent something if you are so smart
