I know what you mean, I don't really know what it really is, but seeing how neatly it comes packaged, and somehow I think it has that "OMG It has a book! effect"

Like when I got into Microsoft Flight sim and I had Pro Pilot 99, they came with flight manuals, not tiny booklets like most games (like what you'd get with a audio CD) but actually sit and read material, now I'm addicted to the feeling of learning and doing, it gives a sense of professionalism. Nice, thanks for video made me think. :)
