However, this does send a strong message for the spreading of tolerance towards skin shades. I mean, the world spans 7900 miles in diameter. We can't all expect ourselves to look alike. However, we're still the same in human structure, intellectuality (learning), and the ability to create languages and cultures. That's what Elmo tells American Society. Whoopi has very beautiful eyes and smile. I would like to be friends and neighbors with her, I am sure she is sincere and really awesome. 2 things:

1. How subtle. I never realized how brilliant this show was until I was old enough to understand just how well they handled race, and even gender issues in this show long before anyone serious was talking about them.

2. Good on Sesame Street for recognizing what youtube is and not wrecking that, while offering a place specifically for parents and their toddlers. Truly in the spirit of tolerance, free broadcast, and free speech that Rogers and other children's programming pioneered.
